How do you recertify as an NREMT AEMT?

National Registry AEMTs recertify every two years under the 2025 NCCP model with 50 hours of continuing education, split 25 National, 12.5 Local or State and 12.5 Individual. The education deadline is March 31, the application window runs October 1 to March 31, and the recertification fee is $26 through September 30, 2026, then $30. You can also recertify by exam, with one attempt during the window.
