Your team's readiness in one view.

The agency workspace scores every person on your roster against the credential requirements for their role, and shows the whole team in four states: fully compliant, expiring, missing a requirement, expired. Every medic on it is a CurrentCert user with their own record; the workspace is the agency's view across those records, with reports, alerts and an audit trail for the person whose job is to know the team is current.

What a training officer gets

  1. Role-based requirements, scored automaticallySet what a paramedic, an AEMT, an EMT must hold. Every person is scored against their role's list, and the roster shows who is fully compliant, who is expiring, who is missing a requirement, and who has something expired.
  2. What expires next, for each personThe date and the card: a BLS Provider card on October 28, an ACLS on September 25, an NREMT-EMT on October 8.
  3. Verification and correction flagsMark a credential verified, or flag it for the medic to correct.
  4. Reports outCSV and PDF compliance reports for the medical director, the state, or the file.
  5. Alerts and digestsAdmin alert preferences and scheduled digests, so nobody has to remember to look.
  6. An audit historyEvery administrative action is recorded: invitations, access changes, ownership transfers, verifications.
  7. Seats, access, exitInvite team members against the plan's seat count, change access, transfer ownership, and let a medic leave the agency when they move on.

Agency software tracks their credentials. CurrentCert tracks yours.

That line is on every page of this site, and the workspace does not change it. Each medic on the roster is a CurrentCert user with a record of their own: their cards, their documents, their CE, their reminders. The workspace is the readiness view across those records. When a medic leaves the agency, the record goes with them, the way it always has.

Questions

What does the agency workspace show?

Counters for the whole roster, then one row per person with their role and state, how many credentials they track, the next expiration and which card it is, and a compliance status. Requirements are set per role, so a paramedic is scored against a paramedic's list and an EMT against an EMT's. You can search by name, email or role.

How do people join and leave?

An admin invites team members; seats are enforced against the plan. Access can be changed, ownership of the workspace can be transferred, and a medic can exit the agency. Their record is theirs before, during and after: it stays with them when they leave.

Can we get the compliance picture out of the app?

Yes. CSV and PDF compliance reports, alert preferences and digests for the admins, and a complete administrative audit history of who changed what.

What does it cost?

Agency plans are priced by active people tracked: $49 a month for up to 25, $149 for up to 100, $299 for up to 250, and a quote above that. Annual billing is ten months' price: $490, $1,490 and $2,990. The individual app stays $29.99 once for anyone outside a workspace.
