How do you renew an EMS certification in Wyoming?
Wyoming uses a category-based independent pathway: EMR 20 hours, EMT 42, AEMT 54, IEMT 60 and paramedic 60 every two years, with healthcare-provider CPR at every level and ACLS for IEMT and paramedic. Hours are tracked in OWLS and roughly 10% of renewals are audited. The rule is EMS Rules Chapter 18.
