How do you renew an EMS certification in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire requires current NREMT certification at the level you are renewing or higher, and sets no continuing-education hours of its own: you meet the National Registry's NCCP requirements and the state accepts them. Licenses run two years, with NREMT-based EMT, AEMT and paramedic licenses expiring April 30 and EMR licenses October 31. Renewals go through the RespondNH system.
