Your EMS credentials should go with you.

A credential wallet for EMTs and paramedics: every license, certification, document and CE hour you hold, in one place on your phone, owned by you. Not a digital identity wallet, and not an agency system. When you change departments, move states or pick up another job, the record comes with you, and you send it to whoever asks in one email, one PDF packet, or one link.

What is in the wallet

  2. The documentsThe file for each credential and each CE certificate, stored with the record, with every past version kept.
  3. The datesEvery expiration in order, with reminders at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days out.
  4. The way outShare all by email, one PDF packet with a professional summary, or a secure link that needs no account.

Agency software tracks their credentials. CurrentCert tracks yours.

Department and training-management software holds the roster and is run for the agency. It does the agency's job. Yours is to stay current and to prove it wherever you work next, and that record should not live in a system you lose access to on your last day.

Questions

Is this a digital identity wallet?

No. CurrentCert does not issue or verify digital identities. It holds the certifications and licenses you already have, as the cards and PDFs you were issued, with their expiration dates, CE and documents, and lets you share them when you choose.

What happens to my record if I leave my agency?

Nothing. The record is yours, not the agency's. There is no employer dashboard, HR system or training officer in the loop, so nothing changes when you change jobs. Send the next employer what they ask for from the app.

What if I move to another state?

Add the new state license and CurrentCert tracks it beside everything else. Texas licenses are recognized on scan; other states are entered with their dates. The renewal rules and official renewal page for 48 states are on the recertification guide.

Who can see it?

Only the people you send it to. Storage is encrypted, shared links expire and can be revoked, and there are no public credential pages.
